I. Cooperation mode with agents
VSir carries out cooperation with agents, while agents should explore customers by their own, developing markets and be responsible for after-sales services. Hardware brands and models should be specified by VSir.

IV. Requirements for agents.

V. Agent Process
1. Agents fill out the Agent Application Form and submit (click on application form);
2. After initial assessment by VSir, agents that pass will be informed to meet and discuss matters within a week;
3. The agents should officially seal the Agent Application Form and copies of business license, tax registration certificate, business permit license and other related documents delivery, then deliver to VSir via express mails for further review (agents in Shanghai area may bring relevant information to VSir in person to sign the “VSir Agency Agreement”);
4. Agents should first sign and seal on the “VSir Agency Agreement”(for off-site contract-signing), or both parties sign at the same time (on-site contract-signing).

VI. After-sales service
1. Each VSir user can enjoy the perfect after-sales service;
2. VSir will entrust local agents to implement after-sales services for individual users based on the actual situation, and pay for services conducted by the agents.
